At Brite Idea Displays, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our return policy for your convenience.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the power supply, hanging hardware and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: Clearance items, final sale items, and custom products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
Refunds and Exchanges:
After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse and return/exchange at Brite Idea Displays’ discretion, if the time being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Shipping Charges:
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Restocking Fee:
Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 10% (of the maximum about permitted by law, whichever is less) will be assessed for the following items of types of items: Sign, power supply, and mounting hardware. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, where permitted by state law.
Form of Payment:
Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
