We specialize primarily in mass-produced business-to-business custom orders. For each unique design, a dedicated team invests hours of their time, energy and resources into creating premium point of purchase displays, signs and other various marketing products.
Single unit requests would result in the price being exponentially higher and oftentimes not worth the cost to the end user.
If you are a private individual, we do offer a selection of pre-designed direct-to-consumer products that cater to specific industries. Please visit our online store to view our selection of premium, ready-made designs.
Yes! Due to the varied production and shipping / handling costs, we require the following minimum quantities per sign type:
Neon = 25 pcs
LED = 50 pcs
LEDon = 100 pcs

We understand that you want your sign to have the right curb appeal. We will work with you to make sure your custom sign is engineered to suit your unique needs. The main difference between Neon and LED will be the aesthetic but here’s the breakdown:
Neon signs are a classic approach to illuminated displays that present a sense of warmth and nostalgia. They are made by bending tubes of glass which have inherent limitations to lettering.
All neon signs require high voltage at a low output to operate. To achieve this, we use UL listed high voltage power supplies that are mounted to the metal frame of the sign which are typically visible along with the attached wires.
Neon sign transformers (power supplies) control the output of voltage into the neon tubes which in turn power the electrodes and control the intensity and illumination of your neon light.
LED signs are a modern approach to the classic neon concept. They are more energy efficient and durable, weigh less, and are typically less expensive. They’re also designed to conceal all the wiring and innerworkings.
All LED signs are low voltage and have an external power supply that plugs directly into a port in the sign. Most of our LED signs are illuminated by advanced PCB technology and can be constructed to be edge lit.
Our laser cut acrylic can approach will achieve the most intricate details and the elements of screen printing will bring your brand to life in 3D. We can also mimic a traditional neon sign by using vacuum forming technology to create a faux neon (LEDon) sign that has the same benefits of any LED sign.
All of our signage is intended for indoor use only. We are not liable for improper installation or treatment of our products.
The signs have a typical chain and/or pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing for mounting hardware.
Our signs are designed and engineered stateside and we partner with factories stateside as well as overseas.
Warranty / Support
Absolutely! All of our products come with a 1-year factory warranty on electrical components. If your sign is not functioning properly, please take photos or a short video clip of the issue and email customer service at [email protected].
If the sign is under warranty we will fix the issue by sending replacement parts or by replacing the entire product if need be. We’re devoted to providing an unrivaled customer experience and will do everything we can to keep your sign working properly for years to come.

A neon sign can last decades. The life of a neon sign is dependent on how frequently it is used and how it is treated. In an environment where there are frequent touches, there is more risk of damage.
Given the fragile nature of these types of signs, any mishandling can cause a simple hairline fracture rendering the sign useless. Other factors that can affect neon sign life are heat, and electrical surges / consistency of your electrical supply.
A typical LED sign should conservatively last 45-75k+ hours of life. Again, this is dependent on how frequently it is used. If the sign stops working, the usual suspect is typically the external power supply which has a very low replacement cost.

Production / Shipping / Delivery
Depending on the quantity and delivery location we can deliver in 8-12 weeks after approval of the pre-production sample.
Freight/Customs is separate from the factory sale pricing.
LED sign shipments arrive in a single box carton protected by 2 inches of foam and fulfilled individually by UPS or FedEx.
Neon signs are double boxed and protected by layers of foam between the inner and outer box. Once the mass produced shipment is delivered to its final destination, individual neon signs are delivered domestically by hand or by pallet.
Special care is critical in packaging and delivery of neon signs due to their delicate nature.
